You’re excited to join a small but mighty team that’s helping brands go global. As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for merchants and 3PL partners after the deal is signed, guiding them through a smooth and successful setup with Passport. You love connecting with people, managing projects, solving problems, and creating structure out of chaos.
You’ll work closely with brands, fulfillment centers, and internal teams to make sure each launch runs smoothly, is delivered on time, and sets the customer up for long-term success. You care deeply about building trust, improving processes, and making things easier for everyone involved.
What you'll do:
- Own the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, acting as the main point of contact for the customer
- Build strong relationships with brand and 3PL stakeholders, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way
- Understand each customer’s goals and challenges to design the right shipping and integration strategy
- Manage multiple projects at once, keeping tasks, timelines, and deliverables organized and on track
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and 3PL Success to drive a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate on improving internal tools, templates, and processes to make implementations more efficient
- Become an expert on Passport’s platform, integrations, and international shipping workflows
- Surface customer feedback and insights to help us keep improving
What we're looking for:

- 1-2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management at a SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce company
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and customers
- Strong organizational and project management skills; You keep projects moving and people aligned
- Comfortable managing technical conversations, integrations, or fulfillment workflows
- A proactive and curious mindset; You don’t wait for direction, you find answers and make things happen
- Excited about improving processes and finding better ways to work
- Empathetic, adaptable, and genuinely care about helping customers succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
