Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive eCommerce & B2B Specialist to support our In-Country Operations team. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can manage marketplace operations, monitor account performance, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment planning to ensure smooth operations across multiple international marketplaces.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies, including lost or damaged units, returns, and stranded stock.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and pricing; resolve suppressed listings, performance notifications, and other account alerts.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, returns, inventory performance, and other key metrics.
- Manage end-to-end B2B orders, coordinating with warehouses and retail partners on fulfillment, labeling, logistics, returns, and replenishments.
- Prepare packing lists, invoices, and documentation while maintaining accurate records for tracking and reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities for growth through analysis of promotions, profitability, and marketplace performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to anticipate and resolve operational challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce and/or logistics operations required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with internal and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
- Proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of anticipating issues before they arise.
- Familiarity with WMS platforms and Amazon Seller Central preferred.
- Experience managing B2B orders, including shipping documentation and invoicing preferred.
