Senior Manager, Product - Growth (M3)

The position

At point.me, we are seeking an experienced product manager who can help us reach our company vision: everyone who has points uses point.me. To achieve this vision, we need to build a world-class growth engine that will drive exponential growth of our customer base. We have just closed our Series B fundraise and are looking to put our foot on the gas to achieve this goal.

We’ve gone 0-1, building a strong foundational product and customer base, and are looking to scale aggressively. Success in this role requires someone with experience driving growth through data-driven product development, pricing and promotions, outbound messaging, and other levers. This person will not only be a crucial member of our product team, but a key partner to our GTM org, working cross-functionally to achieve point.me’s ambitious growth goals.

The anticipated salary range is $162,000 to $198,000 in addition to significant equity. Specific compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.

We are a fully remote and distributed team, but you must be eligible to work in United States.

Who You Are

You are an experienced product manager with a track record of success in high-growth, scaling startups. You’ve grown customer bases, driven improvements in conversion and retention, and partnered cross-functionally to achieve outcomes. The following experiences and competencies are ideal for this role.

  • Startup Veteran - You’ve worked in a high-growth environment and are comfortable with the level of ownership and pace required to succeed.
  • Goal Oriented - You’ve authored and achieved OKRs, aligning your teams around company goals and making adjustments to keep product roadmaps prioritized.
  • Data Driven - You have implemented product analytics to inform decision-making, prioritization, and measure success. You are comfortable leveraging BI tools to do your own analyses and make conclusions.
  • Familiarity with Growth Toolset - You have experience selecting and leveraging 3rd party tools and making strategic build vs. buy decisions. You’ve used product analytics tools, outbound messaging tools, and others to accelerate product development.
  • Strong Stakeholder Partner - You’ve worked cross-functionally, particularly with marketing and customer success, to drive initiatives targeting growth and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Optimize User Engagement and Growth: Lead initiatives to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics, using data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.

  • Author and Achieve OKRs: Set and deliver on objectives, ensuring the team moves efficiently at a high-growth pace, with clear success metrics.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with GTM teams on initiatives to achieve growth. Build strong partnerships broadly through the org to ensure context-sharing and anticipate dependencies.

  • Member of a Product Trio: Work closely with engineering and design to drive an efficient and effective product development process.
