The position

At point.me, we’re on a mission to increase the spending power for millions of people by turning loyalty points into powerful currency. With our recent Series B funding closed, we’re building a high-performing team and we’re looking for a strategic Chief of Staff to partner with our executive team to drive focus, alignment, and impact at the highest levels.

The Chief of Staff is a strategic, high-impact role, focusing on leading key operational and strategic initiatives, and ensuring our leaders can execute at their best while maintaining organizational cohesion. This role is uniquely positioned to be a trusted partner to the executive team, helping steer the company through growth and complexity.

Over time, this role offers a pathway to take ownership of a major function within point.me, making it an ideal experience for an executive-in-the-making. As such, we are seeking experienced and hungry operators who want to work at a start-up where they have significant equity and a chance to make an outsized impact on the company trajectory.

Executive Enablement

  • Prepare materials for board meetings, including investor updates, strategy presentations, and operational dashboards.

Internal Communications

  • Own internal communications strategy, including planning and facilitating all-hands meetings that align the team with our mission, goals, and culture.
  • Draft critical communications on behalf of the executive team to inspire and inform the broader organization.
  • Maintain a centralized company operations hub that ensures transparency around goals, decisions made, and key updates to drive organizational alignment and a democratized decision-making culture.

Special Projects and Initiatives

  • Lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
  • Identify and drive programs that enhance company culture, promote organizational alignment, navigate growth-related change, and up-level the entire team.
  • Act as a "culture carrier" who embodies and reinforces point.me’s values of transparency, kindness, and curiosity.
