The position

At point.me, we’re on a mission to increase the spending power for millions of people by turning loyalty points into powerful currency. To achieve this vision, we need a Revenue Operations Manager to enhance our operational capabilities by tabling, driving forward, and rolling out strategic initiatives spanning across Customer Experience and Marketing.

As we have just closed our Series B fundraise, this role will serve as the accelerator for revenue-generating functions at point.me, supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies through systems, analysis, insights, and operational improvements. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, and leadership to drive operational efficiencies that will help accelerate the success of our customers and organization.

What You'll Do

  • Systems Integration, Automation, and Implementation: Spearhead efforts to assess, implement, optimize, and automate our revenue operations technology stack, prioritizing high-impact tooling initiatives. Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for system implementations and upgrades, evaluating and selecting vendors to meet evolving business needs.
  • Revenue Insights: Conduct analysis to develop insights that assist in the development and refinement of GTM strategies through detailed, data-driven analysis. Develop and refine metrics to ensure fellow leaders have accurate and timely information.
  • Operational Efficiency: Support GTM-related planning and optimization initiatives, analyzing potential growth avenues. Continuously review and refine processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Project Management: Drive high-impact, cross-functional revenue projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring stakeholders are aligned at each stage. Generate actionable insights from sales and marketing data to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between the GTM team and technical team on all technology requests.

Who You Are

You are a RevOps leader who thrives on building. You know how to scale customer bases, drive improvements in conversion and retention, and partner cross-functionally to achieve outcomes. The following experiences and competencies are ideal for this role.

  • Holistic Problem Solver: You have the ability to see the "big picture" of interconnected systems and prioritize accordingly.
  • Startup Leader: You’ve worked in a high-growth environment and are comfortable with the level of ownership and pace required to succeed.
  • Data-Driven: You have implemented systems and tools to inform decision-making, prioritization, and measure the success of the revenue functions. You should be familiar with a plethora of direct-to-consumer tools, marketing automation solutions, CRMs, databases, and ticketing solutions, but come with a tool agnatic outlook, aiming to find the best set of tools to support our unique growth goals.
  • Strong Stakeholder Partner: You’ve worked cross-functionally, particularly with Marketing and Customer Experience, to understand goals and initiatives, translate them to requirements for you and other teams, including Engineering, and translate them back into actionable plans.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $135,000-$170,000. Specific compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.

Given the nature of our business, we anticipate that all team members will be traveling from time to time, including company trips and off-sites, or meeting with strategic partners. As such, being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a condition of employment at point.me. We’ll ask you to send us a copy of your vaccination card in advance of your first day.
