About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly driven Growth Marketing Specialist who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You’ll be the connective force across our marketing team—scheduling and managing media, designing and executing ads, running webinars, and prepping our CEO for podcast appearances.
You’ll be our go-to marketing hustler—someone who doesn’t just wait for ideas but brings them, tests them, and runs with them. You’ll collaborate with our paid search, content, PR, data, and referral teams to uncover new opportunities and drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do
- Manage, schedule, and track media placements (podcasts, webinars, partnerships, PR opportunities)
- Design and execute ad campaigns (social, display, email, etc.) using tools like Canva, Figma, or agency resources
- Coordinate webinars—from topic planning and promotion to live execution and follow-up
- Prep and brief the CEO and leadership team for podcast and media appearances
- Collaborate with content, paid, and referral teams to turn campaigns into measurable growth
- Identify and execute creative, scrappy growth experiments to find new customers
- Manage timelines, assets, and performance metrics across multiple projects simultaneously
- Track KPIs and report results regularly to marketing leadership

- Webinars and media appearances are consistently high-quality, on-brand, and well-attended
- Creative campaigns bring in measurable new users or leads
- You’re proactively finding and testing new growth channels
- You’ve become the “go-to” person everyone trusts to get things done fast and well
- You’re generating ideas the CEO and marketing team want to run with
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing or growth—preferably in SaaS, tech, or startup environments
- Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, not just plan them
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Experience running or managing webinars, podcasts, or live virtual events
- Ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A bias for action—you don’t wait for perfect information; you test, learn, and iterate fast
- Strong eye for detail, copy, and brand consistency
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in real estate, proptech, or B2B SaaS
- Background in media buying or influencer outreach
- Light design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere)

Experience & Hiring Advice
- Years of experience: 3–6 years is ideal. Enough to know how to execute independently, but still hungry to hustle and grow.
- Background: Look for candidates from startups, scrappy marketing agencies, or SaaS companies where they wore multiple hats.
- Red flags: People who are too theoretical or who’ve only managed vendors. You want doers—those who’ve built, shipped, and iterated.
- Profile fit: Former marketing coordinators, content marketers, or growth managers who want more autonomy and impact.
