The Role

You’ll be on the front lines of growth.

Your job:

Find people we should be talking to.
Start conversations.
Turn those into real opportunities.

You’ll reach out to:
• Founders
• Operators
• Community leaders
• Real estate investors
• Anyone with access to landlords

What You’ll Do
• Research and identify potential partners and communities
• Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Follow up relentlessly (most people quit too early—you won’t)
• Book meetings for senior team members
• Track everything in HubSpot
• Test messaging and improve it weekly

Growth Path (This Matters)

This is not a dead-end BDR role.

If you prove yourself:
• Promotion to Senior BDR or Account Executive track in 6–12 months
• Increased base + higher commission
• More ownership over partnerships and deals

What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years experience (or recent grad)
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know
• High energy, persistence, and accountability
• Competitive mindset

Bonus:
• Interest in real estate, startups, or SaaS
• Internship or outbound experience

What Success Looks Like
• You’re consistently booking qualified meetings
• You’re improving your outreach every week
• You’re becoming confident talking to anyone
• You’re building real pipeline for the company
