The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new growth initiatives by identifying and engaging potential partners and communities.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and researching high-potential partners and audiences
  • Initiating outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Building and nurturing early-stage relationships
  • Scheduling qualified meetings for senior team members
  • Maintaining accurate activity tracking in HubSpot
  • Continuously testing and refining messaging to improve performance.

  • Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with proactive outreach and initiating conversations
  • High level of accountability, persistence, and energy
  • Competitive, results-oriented mindset
  • Interest in real estate, startups, or SaaS
  • Prior internship or outbound sales experience

Location: Remote position but within a 2 hour drive/train from Manhattan preferred as we meet once a month at a WeWork in the city.
