Reporting to the Head of Growth, this is a highly visible role with an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, market-leading technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our paid search program, own day-to-day campaign management, and deliver against quarterly targets for RoAS and/or gross profit.
  • Help define the strategy and testing cadence for a broad range of paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Recommend tools, automation and processes to improve operational efficiency and scale paid search efforts.
  • Proactively work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on KPI’s and approach to budget allocation, spend and results management.
  • Use strong business acumen to help prioritize business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, and continually make recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Serve as an expert resource to other teams, and act as a key stakeholder in helping us build better ad creative, better landing pages and better conversion funnels.

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in digital marketing in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling paid search campaigns across a portfolio of product offerings, which resulted in increased revenue or profitability.
  • Experience working in a conversion-oriented environment, e-commerce, lead generation or similar. SaaS and/or subscription experience a plus.
  • Google Ads certification(s) highly preferred. Google Analytics certification a plus.
  • Strong affinity for data and analytics, with the ability to decompose complex data sets into understandable levers to improve business performance.
  • A demonstrated willingness to experiment, fail fast, iterate and succeed, with a track record of extracting concrete, actionable insights from test results.
  • Ability to work independently, and in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones.
  • Comfortable presenting results and ideas to senior management.
  • Relentless focus on execution, without losing the ability to see the big picture

  • USA, Canada, and LATAM candidates welcome. Fluency in spoken and written English is required for this role.
