Job Description:
Simply Bail is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and providing solutions to clients in a compassionate manner. This entry-level position will report directly to the COO and an exciting opportunity to grow within the company while helping build a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Simply Bail products.
- Sales Support: Assist in managing and nurturing leads, ensuring potential clients are provided with accurate information and guidance throughout the process.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and clients, answering any questions and helping them make informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Simply Bail team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain client information in the company’s CRM system, tracking all interactions and sales activity.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering support during difficult times.
- Sales Reporting: Assist with tracking sales progress and providing regular updates to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships.
- Eagerness to learn on the job and take ownership of various tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
