Position: Influencer & Partnerships Associate

Company Background

• In late 2017, Co-Founders Manny and Josh teamed up to help give chocolate milk a clean slate. After a successful Kickstarter, an appearance on Shark Tank, and two years of R&D, Slate launched in late 2019. What began as an idea to make healthier chocolate milk has quickly evolved into a strength and energy brand that sells high protein milks and lattes in thousands of stores, and nationwide online. As a Plastic Neutral business, we’re on a mission to create all-natural, high protein products that are better for our bodies and our planet.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Marketing team, prospecting and onboarding influencers through Instagram, Tiktok & Youtube
• Negotiate contract terms & deliverables for influencer campaigns
• Report deal negotiations to Partnerships Manager
• Maintain effective follow-up with influencers to ensure execution of specified deliverables & maintain influencer engagement with the brand.
• Assist in execution of paid influencer contracts and payments.
• Assist in coordinating and brainstorming new creative influencer campaigns.
• Coordinate sending samples, collateral, and/or any other additional assets to influencer partners.
• Other marketing projects as they come up!

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience working in Social Media Marketing with Influencers.
• Experience communicating with marketing agencies, managers, and clients.
• Organized, with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Thrives in a high paced environment.
• Willing to get your hands dirty - we’ve spent hours packing boxes and moving stuff around, ourselves!
• CPG/Food and beverage industry experience is a plus
