Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all brand-related assets and materials including but not limited to: content, copy, marketing collateral, social ads, social platforms, and more
  • Work directly with both retail and e-commerce teams to create marketing and creative assets that embody the brand messaging and identity
  • Work with Director of Marketing and Sr Partnerships Manager to coordinate photo/video shoots, influencer activations, and all similar in-person marketing events/activations
  • Constantly audit, optimize, and improve brand/voice related assets and copy on consumer-facing platforms such as slatemilk.com, Amazon, and others
  • Assist in the management of relationships with brand partners and agencies
  • Other projects as they come up

Primary Qualifications

  • Creative eye and ability to communicate in brand voice
  • 3-7 years experience building a consumer brand, including a minimum of 2 years copywriting experience
  • Deep understanding of social media, including platform-specific practices and trends
  • Organization is crucial
  • Willing to get your hands dirty - we’ve spent hours packing boxes and moving stuff around ourselves
