About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the San Diego market. This role is responsible for managing account relationships, expanding product visibility, and securing incremental display space. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships with store-level decision makers, and takes pride in strong merchandising execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage sales performance within the San Diego territory
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships
• Sell in displays and secure incremental feature/display space
• Execute merchandising standards to maximize brand presence
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to leadership
• Travel throughout the territory (mileage reimbursement provided)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience (CPG or retail strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Territory management or field sales experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $55,000 - $60,000
• Bonus potential: up to 10% of annual salary when KPIs are met
