As a Sales Representative at Slice, you are crucial to the success of the company. You will be working in a competitive and highly supportive environment where you will get the opportunity to learn and collaborate from and with industry experts which will enable you growth and professional development. *Please note this is an on-site, full-time position, and working hours are 16:00-00:00, Monday-Friday.
Along with your many colleagues, your day-to-day activities will include initiating contact with pizzerias in the U.S. by cold calling, selling, and representing Slice's values and services. You will create relationships with restaurant owners to identify their needs and interest in online ordering to drive sales for their business. You will work with your team alongside sales leadership to develop sales strategies to increase the number of new pizzerias onboarded to Slice. We want you to not only meet but also step up your own game & exceed your daily, weekly, and monthly performance target so you can grow and earn more! And we will do whatever we can to make that happen!

- Excellent verbal and written English skills; minimum C1 level
- Strong communication skills
- Tenacious & eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

- Prior sales, account management, customer support/service, or dispatch experience in the US and/or international market

Salary: 870E average monthly salary (435E base + 435E commission at 100% goal achievement each month) + night hour compensation.
*There is a no-cap commission bonus structure for you at Slice. This is a pay-for-performance role. This means the more you double your goals, the more you double your salary.

The Hiring Process
Here’s what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy (please note, this is subject to change). This entire process is expected to take 4-7 days to complete and you’d be expected to start with a training class of ~15 fellow sales representatives on a specific date.
