The Challenge to Solve

Empower small business owners with the premier commerce enablement solution for local, independent pizzerias.

The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join as a key member of our Sales Organization. You will be managing a team of around 8-10 sales representatives and your goal will be to coach, support, and motivate each team member to help them achieve their monthly sales goals. You will be tasked with ensuring productivity is maximized across your team by developing your sales reps, being an expert in tools and processes, and being the team’s go-to for all questions and support. We also expect you to have a proactive approach to the job, by bringing new ideas and solutions forward to continue to help the team improve our sales motion.

The expectation for our sales managers is that they are great sellers and strong leaders.

The Team

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Lead coaching sessions for all reps on your team (at least weekly)
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings and team meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the other Sales Managers
  • Motivate, inspire, and engage your team to go above and beyond
  • Monitor and report on the performance of sales reps for metric and goal achievement
  • Communicate changes in products, processes, and policies to your team
  • Create an environment where motivated reps are able to achieve at the peak of their ability through recognition and incentives
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions as part of the hiring process
  • Take ownership of certain projects often collaborating with cross-functional teams

The Winning Recipe

We’re looking for high-energy, results-driven, and adaptable individuals who succeed in fast-paced working environments.

  • Minimum 2 Years of Sales/Leadership/Management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset for tracking rep metrics and performance
  • Experience with managing, coaching, and motivating a sales team
  • Advanced English (written & verbal)
  • Excellent at identifying opportunities and challenges and collaborating with Sales Leadership to solve problems
