The Challenge to Solve

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most exciting and fast growing tech companies in the world, let alone the Macedonian market. An Account Manager at Slice is responsible for managing and improving a portfolio of Slice restaurant partners. The main goal is to build and expand long-term relationships with our pizzeria partners by optimizing their online presence and providing them with phenomenal service. Slice’s high-energy environment offers the opportunity to learn and collaborate from and with industry experts. Account Managers are welcomed and hired in classes every few months, throughout the year. Please note that this is an on-site, full-time position, and working hours are organized in 2 shifts, Monday-Friday.
You and your colleagues will build and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of Slice restaurant partners (around 200 accounts in 1 portfolio). You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of Slice’s business model and future growth plans. You will spend most of your day educating our partners about Slice products, features and company vision. Additionally, your goal will be to continuously grow orders for your book of business by identifying areas of improvement as well as address and resolve any issues that might come up with your assigned restaurants. Ultimately, you and your team are developing trust and loyalty with our restaurant owners and providing outstanding customer service and support while demonstrating the value of Slice to our partners.
The Winning Recipe
- Excellent verbal and written English; minimum C1 level
- High School diploma or College Degree preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow
- Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems
- Tech-savvy; we use Google Suite
- Previous working experience in a customer-facing roles would be considered a plus

The Hiring Process
Here’s what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy (please note, this is subject to change). This entire process is expected to take 4-7 days to complete and you’d be expected to start on a specific date.

- 2 30 minute video calls with Account Manager Team Leads
