Responsibilities:

The Menu Representative is responsible for managing and improving a portfolio of consumer facing restaurant menus. The focus of this role is to ensure all our partners have accurate, reliable, and up to date information on their Slice featured menus.

• Manage a Portfolio of partner restaurants, which includes updating, checking for accuracy, and optimizing menus for an assigned set shops.
• Enter updates and new menus independently with minimum help
• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals individually and as part of the data team.
• Provide feedback on the tools and process the menu team uses to manage our menu data and make suggestions to increase efficiency
• Effectively coordinate with your Account Management partner to update menus for your shared portfolio in a timely manner
• Enhance the office atmosphere with a positive attitude and energy.
• Demonstrating that he/she can train new menu representative.
• Responsible for extra duties as assigned at the discretion of the managers

Requirements:

• 3 months of Data Entry experience
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding, positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and have great organization skills.
• Typing Proficiency
• Experience with computer programs like system database, spreadsheets, Ms Office.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to read information that might not be well written is key.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Advanced grammar, proofreading and typing skills.
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Knowledge of American (specifically pizzeria) Menus
