The Role
You will lead the product onboarding and configuration, hardware and software installations, customer training, and early lifecycle support activities. You’ll set up new accounts for success by completing and confirming all information and tasks needed for a successful go-live experience. You will reinforce all the aspects of the partnership, up-sale Slice ingredients, create initial set up of integrations with the Sales team, as well as reinstating and up-selling the same during the onboarding period. You will provide outstanding experience to the newly joined restaurants and retain the portfolio’s cohort, provide feedback and proactively reach out to the new accounts to keep a “pulse” and make sure they and their employees are fully aware of the best practices for the Slice partnership and success.
The Team
You will partner closely with all Slice sales and post-sales teams to support product sales and adoption, and work alongside the Implementation organization to maximize efficiency, expand our shop base, and reduce churn through strong, lasting relationships with shop owners.Your work will directly contribute to growing Slice revenue and deepening our relationship with shops by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and providing hands-on education and support.

The core competencies this role calls for:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and selling/upselling skills
- 1-2 years of account management experience, sales experience is a plus
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced exciting startup environment
- Coachable and welcomes feedback for continuous self-improvement
- Excellent listener, assertive, persistent and persuasive, as well as high-energy and fearless
- Adaptable and can think on your feet.Stellar time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks
