At Sonoro, we’re looking for someone who not only manages accounts, but also builds and improves processes, proposes efficient solutions, and leads with vision and structure in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires someone who can bridge commercial strategy, relationship management, and operational execution, ensuring that partnerships, campaigns, and agreements move smoothly from proposal to final reporting and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Partnerships

• Manage and strengthen relationships with network podcasters, creators, brands, and partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

• Build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities to grow accounts strategically.

• Serve as the main point of contact between creators, brands, agencies, and internal teams.

Commercial Strategy & Negotiation

• Negotiate commercial and creative agreements with brands, agencies, and partners, always aiming for a win-win outcome.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for the network.

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate the execution of branded campaigns from kick-off to results delivery, working with internal teams, brands, agencies, and creators.

• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met across all stakeholders.

• Track campaign performance and prepare visually compelling reports and strategic insights for clients.

Administrative & Commercial Operations (End-to-End Process)

• Manage the end-to-end administrative flow of commercial projects, including:

• Preparing and sending commercial proposals to clients.

• Following up on approvals and negotiations.

• Coordinating internal documentation and agreements.

• Tracking campaign deliverables and compliance.

• Managing administrative follow-up related to payments, sales tracking, and collections.

• Coordinating with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and billing once campaigns are completed.

• Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, deliverables, and financial follow-up.

Process Improvement

• Design and optimize internal workflows and processes to improve team efficiency and campaign execution.

South of Mexico City (Hybrid model)

Compensation & Benefits

  • This position offers a monthly gross salary between MXN $35,000 and $40,000, along with a benefits package that includes Major Medical Insurance (SGMM), TotalPass membership, and additional wellness benefits designed to support employees’ health, wellbeing, and work–life balance. The role follows a hybrid work model based in the south of Mexico City.
