At Sonoro, we’re looking for someone who not only manages accounts but also builds and improves processes, proposes efficient solutions, and leads with vision and structure in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly autonomous and capable of creating structure where none yet exists.
  • Has impeccable time, priority, and execution management skills.
  • Can develop and deliver strong, clear, and visually impactful materials and presentations.
  • Has exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with creators and brands, focused on long-term partnerships.
  • Moves seamlessly between commercial and operational responsibilities.
  • Thrives in changing environments, maintains resilience under pressure, and is solution-oriented.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with network podcasters, ensuring clear, consistent, and close communication.
  • Negotiate commercial and creative agreements, always aiming for a win-win outcome.
  • Coordinate the execution of campaigns (from kick-off to results delivery) with internal teams, brands, agencies, and creators.
  • Create and present visually compelling reports and strategic insights.
  • Design and optimize internal processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide commercial and administrative follow-up, including payments, sales, and collections.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Location: South of Mexico City (hybrid model)

Salary: Between MXN $25,000–$30,000 gross
