Company Description

Streamline AI's mission is to become the primary intake and workflow automation system for in-house legal teams and eventually all enterprise G&A teams. We are carving out a niche in an underserved market and have developed an exciting product that is selling into a largely blue ocean market.

We have just closed an oversubscribed Series A (14M in total funding), achieved product-market fit, and onboarded over 70 customers, many of which are household names (Gusto, Hims, Grammarly, Logitech, to name a few). Our Founder and CEO, Kathy Zhu, has deep customer empathy and strong network connections from her previous role as an executive at DoorDash and is actively involved in building out the customer pipeline and marketing our business.

Role Description

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) will sell Streamline’s SaaS solution to corporate legal departments and, long term, cross-functional G&A departments. The position will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including: prospecting, initial discovery calls, software demonstration, ROI, RFP, proposal, closing of the sale, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

•Develop a strong understanding of the Streamline application and how it fits into the broader corporate Legal tech stack and workflows

•Demonstrate expertise in applying Streamline to solve customer problems, including recommending best-practice solutions via consultative selling

•Engage in direct sales highlighting the case for change and the move to Streamline’s solution. Direct sales includes qualifying leads and customer needs; customizing and demonstrating the product; pricing, negotiation, and contract execution.

•Execute on marketing campaigns, in-bound and out-bound activities in order to increase an accurate pipeline

•Work with Marketing to promote MQLs to SQLs

•Deliver clear messaging verbally and in writing about Streamline’s uniqueness and the problems it solves

•Gather prospective customer use cases and customize demo environment to present how easy •Streamline is to set up, and how it will improve current workflows

•Develop clear written proposals to include fees, summary of ROI, and product efficiencies and benefits

•Responsible for closing the sale, setting timelines for implementation, and following up on the agreed timelines

•Providing Customer Success with a smooth handoff, establishing clear expectations on the implementation process with the CustomerMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
