Our Founder and CEO, Kathy Zhu, has deep customer empathy and strong network connections from her previous role as an executive at DoorDash and is actively involved in building out the customer pipeline and marketing our business.</p> </div></div><div>About this role</div><div><div> <p>This role will be our first marketing hire at Streamline AI and will report directly to the CEO. We are looking for a marketing generalist who is excited to tackle a range of different marketing activities with a strong focus on Demand Generation. </p> <p>You have an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to constantly test and iterate on different initiatives through a metrics driven and analytical approach. You are collaborative, enthusiastic, with a no-task-is-beneath-me approach to drive results.</p> </div></div><div>Responsibilities</div><div><div><ul role="list"> <li>Own demand generation through multiple channels, including online and email</li> <li>Own website and SEO strategy to drive conversion from non-branded search</li> <li>Execute nurture and reengagement campaigns by persona to reach lost leads</li> <li>Work with content writers to create Legal technology specific content, ranging from white papers, blogs, and case studies to long-format guides and sales enablement pieces</li> <li>Plan and implement strategic content and webinar calendar to promote lead generation</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales to help refine sales pitch and create collateral</li> <li>Create monthly newsletter to engage and nurture prospects and existing customers in collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Sales</li> <li>Experience working with freelancers, agencies, ideally has a network of cost-effective and high quality talent </li> </ul></div></div><div>Minimum Qualifications</div><div><div><ul role="list"> <li>5-8 years marketing experience, at least 1 early stage startup experience</li> <li>General marketing experience with spikes in Demand Generation and Product Marketing</li> <li>Experience in B2B SaaS</li> <li>Track record of growing and engaging an audience</li> <li>Scrappy, tenacious, founder-mindset</li> <li>Capable of juggling multiple projects and readjusting priorities</li> <li>Experience with hiring and leading a team</li> <li>Experience managing a startup marketing budget</li> <li>Excellent communicator and writer </li> <li>Collaborative, high EQ/IQ, and intellectual curiosity</li> </ul></div></div><div>Preferred Qualifications</div><div><div><ul role="list"> <li>BS, BA equivalent or higher degree </li> <li>Experience selling to in-house legal</li> </ul></div></div><div>Statement of Inclusivity</div><div><div> <p>In keeping with our beliefs and goals, no employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on: race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, gender, marital/domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability status, or veteran status.
