Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Order Lifecycle Management: Manage and oversee the entire order lifecycle from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Problem Solving and Creativity: Proactively identify and address supply chain issues and bottlenecks, applying creative problem-solving techniques to find efficient solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and metrics to make informed decisions that optimize supply chain processes, minimize errors, and enhance efficiency.
- Hands-On Approach: Be comfortable with a hands-on approach to tackle operational challenges, such as order allocation, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Accountability: Take ownership of the order process and ensure the timely resolution of any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve any cross-functional challenges.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, implement best practices, and strive for operational excellence.
- Commitment to Excellence: Maintain a mindset that “good isn’t good enough” and consistently look for ways to raise the standard of performance and efficiency within the supply chain.
- Compliance: Ensure that all network operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of network operations for reporting and auditing purposes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Problem-Solving Techniques: Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive Attitude: A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and addressing supply chain issues.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and logistics operations
- Order Process Ownership: Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end order processes, allocation, and fulfillment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Capable of accommodating US time zones.
- Must have: Proficiency in using PowerBI/Smart Sheet/Excel/Google Sheet.
