Together with the Hannover Region and Hannover's public transport operator, ÜSTRA, we have been operating the “sprinti”, one of the most successful on-demand public transport projects in Germany with around 130,000 passengers every month, for over four years.

As a Field Manager, you will take care of the day-to-day business of our “sprinti” service in Hanover and ensure that passengers are reliably transported by our drivers. You will drive continuous improvements and have unique opportunities to help shape the future of passenger transportation in the region.

What You’ll Do:

• You take ownership of the day-to-day operations and are responsible for key operational KPIs for our on-demand public transport service “sprinti”
• As the General Manager’s “right hand” for operations, you ensure that revenue and quality targets are met
• You are one of the direct supervisors of our driving staff and support them throughout their journey - from onboarding and performance reviews to development, as well as organizing events and training sessions.
• You manage driver deployment based on demand through efficient shift planning
• You collaborate with our central operations teams to ensure excellent service quality and contribute to projects aimed at centralizing and automating processes
• You actively contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve the “sprinti” service

Who You Are:

• You enjoy working in a team and engaging directly with our driving staff on site
• You have experience taking responsibility for team members
• You stay calm under pressure and always stridke the right tone - whether you're speaking with senior leaders at our partner organizations or with drivers
• You are data-driven and use key metrics to make decisions and set priorities
• You have German language skills at C1 level or higher and B2 in English
• You're always ready to listen and enjoy driving forward the topics that matter to your driving staff.
• You hold a valid Class B driver’s license

• Salary Range: €40,000-55,000 per year. Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
