Voiceops analyzes millions of sales calls and turns them into structured intelligence that agents and systems operate on. $12M raised, seed-stage company. Customers include industry leaders like Motorola, Kin Insurance, and Capella University. Eight people today, twenty by year-end.
What we do
B2C companies run millions of sales calls a year. Each one is a dense, unstructured record of what customers think, what reps said, what closed, what didn't, and what the market is telling you. Turning that into structured data the business and AI agents can actually act on is a foundational problem, and it's still open.
Voiceops is building the layer that solves it. We turn calls into structured intelligence automatically, and that unlocks everything downstream: agents that act on conversations, automated workflows, and a live read on how the business actually runs. The ROI compounds across the whole GTM surface: higher LTV, lower CAC, sharper marketing, better conversion, and earlier churn detection.
We work with tech-forward B2C companies in insurance, financial services, healthcare, and education. Average deal size is $140K. We just raised fresh capital (unannounced), have 2+ years of runway, meaningful ARR, marquee partners, and a lot of hard problems left to solve.
What you'd own
Closing. Landing our next cohort of tech-forward partners where we can go deep and generate case studies that compound. Low-to-mid six-figure ACVs.
Champions. Going further for those partners than anyone else would, so they become real champions. Our best customers are our best sales team.
Flywheel. Referral loops, a community of smart operators, and outbound that earns attention instead of burning it.
Motion. Messaging for a category still being named, pricing in a world of variable token spend, and a sales process that sharpens as we scale.
AI-era GTM. Using our own product and frontier tools to give us 10x leverage in sales.
Why This Role Exists
This is a player-coach role. The founder is on every deal today, carrying the motion alongside our first AE, and we need a senior operator who can run their own deals, mentor our existing salesperson, and partner directly with the founder on everything else.
You'll work with me on an ambitious GTM vision and bring it to life as quickly as possible. You'll have real autonomy over the deals you run, the playbooks you build, and how we show up with our next set of customers. We're coming off a fresh fundraise and we're investing it in two places: engineering, because overdelivering for our customers is the foundation of a great sales motion, and GTM, because landing our next cohort of champion customers is the most important leverage point for the company right now.
What We're Looking For
Someone who has gotten incredibly good at the craft of selling and is eager to jump into this level of ownership at an early-stage company. Ideally an ex-founder, a founding AE, or a first GTM hire at a company you helped scale, and you're ready to come in, close great customers yourself, and grow into broader ownership as the company scales.
Specifically:
Deep experience selling complex, high-ACV B2B software to sophisticated buyers
A track record of closing six-figure deals and building durable customer relationships
Strong instinct for positioning and messaging in categories that are still being defined
Comfort operating at the frontier of AI tooling and bringing that leverage into the sales motion
Strong opinions on process and playbooks, held loosely when the data says otherwise
