We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated problem-solvers who have a passion for solving complex problems using data-driven approaches and a strong desire to improve user experience through data. We want someone detail-oriented, creative, and has a passion for delivering adaptive and innovative solutions for our users’ existing problems–both readers and creators alike. Our teams work remotely so we’re looking for those who are strong team players and have excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do
You will have a chance to elevate the art of storytelling in the anime multiverse through data and technology. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Building and fine-tuning predictive models to improve user experience, engagement, and efficiency
• Collecting, processing, analyzing, and building models around large-scale datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques
• Implementing data-driven solutions for user problems and pain points
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into actionable items
• Creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and results to stakeholders
• Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in data
• Staying up-to-date with the latest data science and machine learning techniques and technologies
• Contributing to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Participating in team meetings, presentations, and other collaborative activities

About You

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Data Science Bootcamp Trainees are welcome too!)
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with diffusion models is a MUST!
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or matplotlib.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in gaming, anime or manga is a major plus!
